My Mom has COPD, and recently needed blood work done. She can no longer drive anywhere due to Macular Degeneration, so the best solution was if the lab could come to her! The tech that came to the house was professional, courteous and compassionate. This is such a great service, especially for the elderly, and more so now with Covid- 19 lurking everywhere. You need to be super careful! I'm so thankful for this service.

I used Private LabCare Services for my 2 children who needed blood work done and I wasn’t comfortable bringing them into the hospital or doctors office. The service was incredible. Tina came to our house and was extremely professional. My extremely apprehensive 5 year made her 1 year old brother go first. She brought toys and was a mastermind at distracting him just enough so he didn’t realize what was happening. She even had a fun band aid for him. Up next was my 5 year old. Tina talked to her through it in a way that my daughter was extremely comfortable with her. She played with her before showing her how easily it would done using her favorite toy (she even got a princess band aid too). At the end she had lollipops and gave them big air high fives. We highly recommend Tina’s services and will use her next time we need lab work done.

As a naturally nervous patient, Tina’s kind demeanor and professionalism have been very comforting. She helped me sort through my many doctors’ scripts, brought everything that was needed in sterile packaging, and did an excellent job taking blood conveniently outside on my patio. Further, I want to commend your skill in completing the task. You were properly prepared with equipment and PPE.  You found an appropriate insertion site, and skillfully inserted the needle to draw blood.  I had no pain and there was no bruising, which is unusual in my experience.
